Changing Account Details

You can change your email address and other account details at any time. Go to your Comity dashboard and click on your profile picture on the top right, choose "Your Account":

Resetting Password

You can reset your password from "Your Account", which you can access opening the dropdown menu from the top right of the screen. Fill your "Current Password", enter the new password to the "Password" section and rewrite your new password in "Password Confirmation" section.

Two-Factor Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security for Comity. Whenever you log into your account, after entering your username and password, you'll be asked for a second authentication code. Comity does not support SMS authentication, which is proven to be compromised. You can only use Google Authenticator or Authy as your code generator application.

  1. Login to Comity and open dropdown menu by clicking on your account image on the top right and go to "Your Account"

  2. Click "Enable" in Two-Factor authentication box. You will be prompted with a barcode and security codes. Scan the barcode with the authenticator app of your choice.
