Shopify App Store Billing

If you signed up to Comity via the Shopify App Store, your billing will be processed by Shopify. The cost of Comity will be reflected on your monthly Shopify invoice.

Where can I find my invoices?

Comity will not generate an invoice for a workspace that is created via the Shopify App Store. Your monthly Shopify invoices will contain all the billing information of the apps connected to your Shopify store, including Comity.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my Comity subscription?

The fees processed via app stores are strictly non-refundable. You can see the Shopify Terms of Service for more details.

How can I cancel my Comity subscription?

To cancel a subscription of a Comity workspace that is billed via Shopify, all you need to do is to remove the Comity app from your Shopify store.

Upon removal, all information related to your Shopify store will automatically be removed from your Comity workspace, and your Comity subscription will be immediately canceled.

Please however note that your Comity account will not be deleted. You can still log in and reactivate your account or remove it entirely anytime.
Can I continue to use Comity if I cancel my Shopify account?

Yes, you can use Comity even after you cancel your Shopify account.

Your Comity subscription will be immediately canceled however you can log in to your Comity account and reactivate your subscription by entering your new billing details.
